Digging Dream Meaning

Digging in a dream is a symbol of a wish to uncover a truth or a past experience buried deep in your mind. Just as many things lie hidden under the ground, many memories and feelings lie buried deep inside you, and now and then they need to be searched for on purpose. The meaning depends on why you are digging.

• Digging in the hope of finding something

An urge to find the answer to some question in your life is at work in you.

• Digging a hole and burying something

You are trying to hide something, perhaps even from yourself.

• Growing tired from digging

You have to work very hard to reach a goal, and still the results are nowhere in sight.

• Pulling something valuable out of the hole

This is a hopeful dream. It shows a belief inside you that patient searching will pay off in the end.

In the end, digging dreams remind you that often you cannot find the real answer without going deep.
