Holy Book Dream Meaning

Dreaming of a holy book usually comes from a wish for guidance or peace of mind. When you face a decision and your mind is torn, this dream reminds you that your inner sense of right and wrong is still intact. What you were doing with the book in the dream shapes much of the meaning.

• Reading a holy book

You are searching for the answer to a hard question in your life, and the key to that answer may lie within you.

• Holding the book close to your chest

This scene speaks of a need for safety. Your mind is looking for a refuge it can trust.

• An old, dusty holy book

An old, torn or dust-covered holy book shows that you have lost some of your connection with your own faith and feel an urge to return to it.

• Giving or receiving a holy book as a gift

This reflects trust passing both ways in a relationship.

The answer to a dilemma often lies in your own conscience, so after this dream, listen closely to what it is telling you.
