Snot Dream Meaning

Seeing snot or a runny nose in a dream feels unpleasant, but it usually points to small things you want to clear out of your mind. Just as the body pushes out what harms it through mucus, this scene reflects a cleansing process in your mind.

• A lot of snot

Small irritations have been buried in your mind for a long time, and now they are looking for a way out.

• A blocked nose that leaves you short of breath

This feeling often comes when you cannot express yourself freely in some situation and what you want to say stays stuck inside.

• Clearing your nose easily

The time has come to get past that block.

• Mucus in someone else's nose

A small irritation with that person has built up in your mind, one you have not yet said out loud.

However disgusting the dream seems, its message is simple: it is better to let go of small irritations in good time than to keep them bottled up.
