Spinach Dream Meaning

Dreaming of spinach is a symbol of caring for your body and mind. This leafy green is linked with health in waking life too, so it often appears in a dream when your mind wants to show you that your body or your way of living needs some changes.

• Cooking or eating fresh spinach

This is a positive dream. You are on the right track in life and slowly building a good habit.

• Rotten or wilted spinach

Here the meaning turns around, and the dream points to neglect. You may not be giving enough attention to your health or to a relationship.

• Growing spinach in a garden

Planting spinach speaks of a wish to build something patiently.

Spinach looks ordinary, but you only feel its benefit when it is part of your daily meals. This dream says the same: small good habits do the most good over time.
