Temple Dream Meaning

Dreaming of a temple is tied to an urge to find inner peace and a wish to rediscover yourself on a spiritual level. Much of the meaning depends on the temple's condition and what you were doing there.

• Entering a temple and praying

In a hard time in your life, your mind is looking for comfort or guidance.

• A broken or abandoned temple

Some doubt has built up about your own beliefs, perhaps because something you once firmly believed is now being questioned.

• A crowded temple

You feel a need to be close to the people around you and fit in with them.

• Not finding the temple's spire or door

There is some confusion on your spiritual path, and finding the right direction is taking time.

• Sitting alone inside a temple

This is a sign of peace, a wish to step away from the noise outside and spend some time with yourself.

A temple may be built of brick, but its real foundation is people's faith. This dream lets you touch that place of faith inside you once again.
