Almirah Dream Meaning

Seeing an almirah in a dream means that something you have tucked away inside yourself is coming to the surface. An almirah, the tall cupboard found in most homes in Bengal, is different from other furniture because its doors stay shut and nothing inside can be seen from outside. That is why this dream is often tied to a private feeling or a memory from the past. Whether the almirah was open or closed, and what was inside it, holds the real clue.

• A locked almirah you cannot open

There is a feeling, or a truth about yourself, that you are not yet ready to admit.

• Messy clothes inside the almirah

Like that heap of clothes, a lot has piled up in your mind that was never sorted out in time.

• An empty almirah

This speaks of the emptiness that follows a loss, and at times of a need to start over.

• Finding old clothes and belongings in the almirah

This is often a contact with a past chapter of your life that your mind makes without your noticing.

• Buying or arranging a new almirah

This is a positive dream, showing a wish to put part of your life back in order.
